1 Introduction

Welcome to 12jeet. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 12jeet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 12jeet platform at https://12jeet.club, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using 12jeet immediately and close your account. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility

To register and use 12jeet, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 12jeet does not permit minors to register or participate in any gaming activity on the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing 12jeet from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 12jeet complies with the laws applicable in your location.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been excluded from 12jeet for any reason.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

12jeet reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. If a player is found to be underage, their account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned minus any amounts already wagered.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one account on 12jeet. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or accidentally — are a violation of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are detected, 12jeet will close the additional accounts and may suspend the primary account pending investigation.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone.

• 12jeet will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it.

Account verification (KYC) may be required before withdrawals are processed. 12jeet may request a copy of your national ID, passport, or other government-issued identification, along with proof of your payment method. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

12jeet supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account.

Deposits are credited to your 12jeet balance instantly upon confirmation from your mobile wallet provider. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

• Withdrawals are processed within the timeframe stated in the cashier section. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless otherwise approved by 12jeet support.
• 12jeet does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if your account has not completed KYC verification or if a bonus wagering requirement has not been met.

Any funds deposited on 12jeet must be used for gaming purposes. Depositing and withdrawing without meaningful gameplay activity may be treated as suspicious and investigated accordingly.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

12jeet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific bonus terms take precedence.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in the offer details. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and are separate from your real money balance. Wagering requirements must be completed using bonus funds before any associated winnings can be transferred to your withdrawable balance.
• 12jeet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players — will have their bonuses cancelled and their accounts reviewed.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.

Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and can be claimed once per household, device, and IP address. If 12jeet determines that a welcome bonus has been claimed more than once by the same individual or household, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on 12jeet use certified random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The results of all games are final once confirmed by the system. 12jeet does not manipulate game outcomes under any circumstances.

In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or disconnection during gameplay, 12jeet's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the bet will be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's balance.

• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before placing bets. 12jeet is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Bets placed and confirmed by the system are binding. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• For sports betting, all markets are governed by the specific rules of the relevant sport and event. In the event of a dispute, 12jeet's decision is final.
• 12jeet reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at an obviously incorrect price due to a system error.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 12jeet and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform in a way not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or poker-style games.
• Using fraudulent payment methods, stolen card details, or engaging in any form of payment fraud or chargeback abuse.
• Attempting to launder money through the platform. 12jeet complies with anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 12jeet staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Registering on behalf of another person or allowing another person to use your account.

8 Responsible Gaming

10 Limitation of Liability

11 Account Suspension & Closure

12jeet reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will not be able to access your balance during the suspension period. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, your account will be reinstated and your balance restored. If a breach is confirmed, your balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the violation.
